Estrella Flores Carretero is a doctor in clinical and educational psychology from Madrid’s Universidad Complutense, where she obtained Master Degrees in Transactional Psychology, Educational Psychology, Personality Disorders, Educative Disorders and Business Management.

Her passion for “human behavior” has leaded her to dedicate her professional life to clinical psychology and to pedagogy; thus working as a teacher at school level; as well as training professors and directive teams in different companies and for education-related foundations in Spain.

She currently serves as General Director at five schools located in different places in Spain where she works as a pedagogue and oversees the progress of innovative education projects.
